Did your college place you on the housing waitlist?

Has your college or university run out of space in student housing?

Being on your university’s housing waitlist can be frustrating, but know that you are very fortunate to be in Chicago – a city that offers a wide array of housing options (apartments, homes, condo/townhouses, rooms for rent). Now it’s up to you to find a housing accommodation that best suits your lifestyle.

La Casa has a room for you and your friends!

La Casa Student Housing is a 6 story building located in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood at the intersection of 18th Street and Paulina, just minutes from all major universities in the Chicago area. The first floor of the building houses the mail room, resident services desk, fitness center, and laundry room. Student residences and resident advisors are located on floors 2 through 6. La Casa also provides an on-site Resource Center with a computer lab, a campus connection and specialized supportive services led by an expert network of individuals.

For your convenience, our academic year is adjusted to match your university’s term. Leasing period generally begins mid-August 2012 and runs through mid-May 2013 (9 months).

Call or e-mail us to make an appointment to speak about La Casa, complete your application, find out if you qualify for a need-based scholarship and get a tour of La Casa while you’re at it.
